 Essentials of the Christian

Every contractor has a toolbox, every painters starts with a pallet of colors, and each teacher was once a student. The same is true for all believers - on our road to fulfilling the Great Commission to "Make Disciples" we must desire a firm grasp on what we believe as Christians. This course is designed to strengthen your toolbox, fill you color pallet, and help you firmly grasp the theology and doctrine of the Christian faith in the areas of: inerrancy of the Bible, the nature of God/The Trinity, Worship and Prayer, the will of God, the Church and sacraments (Communion and Baptism), trials and temptation, and sin and salvation. We'll tackle these subjects in a fun and engaging way, whether it's a "refresher course" or a "first steps" in your journey of faith.

Pastor Raymond Gregory

 How to Teach the Bible

This course will help students move from understanding the Word to communicating it to others. Each student will be taught how to prepare and present brief messages from the Bible to share with the class. These will be evaluated and reviewed so the student may grow in their capacity to teach the Word.

Bob Gascon

Why we trust the Bible

Why should anyone take the Bible seriously? Haven't the contents been tampered with, watered down through the centuries? Aren't there scientific errors in the Bible? Learn the remarkable story of how God brought together the books of the Old and New Testaments into our present day Bible and why we can trust our Bible as being the inspired, inerrant Word of God.

Pastor Ken Chinn
