Welcome! If you are a married couple looking for fellowship with other Christians, you’ve come to the right place! As the Married Ministry at Calvary Chapel East Anaheim, we are dedicated to providing encouragement to married couples through the increasing knowledge of the Word of God and fellowship with His people.
“But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.”
1 John 1:7
Through this increasing knowledge of God and His word, we hope that your marriage will be strengthened and stay on a path that points to Christ. Abiding in Jesus Christ is essential for a successful and fruitful marriage and we encourage every couple to strengthen their relationship by keeping in the Word of God and seeking His direction daily.“For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth), finding out what is acceptable to the Lord.”
Ephesians 5:8-10
We believe that God has ordained marriage as a union between one man and one woman. The picture of marriage is a wonderful example to us of the relationship between Christ and His bride, the church.
“Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish.”Ephesians 5:25-27
It is our desire to love and serve Christ as we love and serve those around us, especially our spouse. We anticipate seeing God move in and through the lives of those He will bring into this fellowship, as together we seek His direction in His worship, in His Word, in His witness, and in His faithfulness to Christian couples.We would love for you and your spouse to join our events and fellowship with others who are seeking Godly marriages and a Christ centered home.
