Church Family Requirement: Due to high demand for our facilities, Calvary Chapel East Anaheim is only able to host weddings for couples who are actively attending the church.
What CCEA Provides:
- Ceremony facility (Sanctuary, Courtyard, or other approved location)
- Tables, chairs and other readily available church resources
- Technical support for audio, lighting, and live music
- Recorded background music (upon request)
- Access to the site for your rehearsal
- A coordinator to help oversee the resources the church is providing
What CCEA Does Not Provide:
- Decorations or flowers
- Musicians for special music
- Reception or rehearsal dinner events*
- Full-service wedding coordination
*We are unable to host rehearsal dinners or receptions at our facility due to the impact on existing ministries and service preparation.
Facility Use Fee: The fee for your rehearsal and wedding ceremony (no reception) is $500.
This includes:
- Use of the sanctuary.
- Two technicians to operate the sanctuary
- A service coordinator to help guide your day and coordinate church resources
- (Optional) Livestream access ($150)
Payment: Once your application and requested date are approved, the $500 fee is required to reserve the space. Please make checks payable to Calvary Chapel East Anaheim, or we are happy to send you a payment link for card payment.
December Weddings: Sanctuary ceremonies in December will feature full Christmas décor, which remains in place through the beginning of January.
Officiating Pastor: We will gladly accommodate your requested pastor whenever possible. In some cases, another qualified staff pastor may need to officiate.
1. Read the Elders’ Letter on Marriage Please take time to prayerfully read the letter from Pastor Bob and the Elders.
It outlines our biblical convictions about marriage and helps ensure your wedding reflects God’s heart.
2. Submit the Wedding Application online.
3. Review and Approval Pastor Bob and the Elders will review your application. You will be contacted shortly afterward to discuss next steps.
4. Confirming Your Date Once approved, we will check availability for your requested dates and confirm with you.
Wedding Coordinator Support: Following approval, your assigned wedding coordinator will contact you (by phone or email) to help coordinate the church-provided resources (such as the facility, technical support, and rehearsal access). They will also provide an order-of-service guide to assist you in planning the flow of your ceremony
